Project overview
This project will provide a range of types of advocacy to children and young people aged 18 years and under with additional support needs in Edinburgh, especially targeting those with a learning disability, particularly profound disabilities. This project aims to increase confidence, self esteem and self advocacy skills whilst reducing social isolation of young disabled people. 120 young disabled young people living in Edinburgh will directly benefit.
