Local Community Integration Groups for Asylum Seekers & Refugees - Project
Project overview
This project will set up integration groups consisting of the long standing local population, refugees and other members of the BME population. These groups will set up small local integration initiatives, give talks to local groups and attempt to make positive contacts with the media. The project will lead to a better informed public and lessening levels of hostility towards Asylum Seekers, Refugees and other BME individuals in Kent.
