The project will provide an outreach support and information service to carers. By offering carers time to listen, emotional support and advice, the project will improve coping skills and psychological health for carers. In addition to the outreach service, the project will also arrange and deliver awareness and good practice events for relevant partners, which will increase awareness carer's needs.
