Continuation- Carer Support / Information Worker - Project
Project overview
The project will provide an advice and support service to carers and families of people suffering from dementia. The service will give beneficiaries a better understanding of the different stages of the disease and the skills they will need to cope with the demands of caring for someone with a long-term and deteriorating condition. The project will also provide a forum for carers to influence local service provision and allow them input into the development of health and social care services in the future.
