Project overview
The project will raise the competencies and core skills of 1200 people living in Drumchapel and working in the voluntary sector to enhance individual and organisational performance. The project will provide and facilitate practical learning opportunities and information materials, develop peer support networks and promote sector opportunities and gaps to improve the sectors vibrancy and develop organisational growth and contribute to developing Drumchapels' third sector unpaid workforce.
