Woodburn Day Care Club Disablity Project - Project
Project overview
This project aims to increase access to services, reduce isolation and improve the wellbeing of 104 older people disadvantaged by physical and/or mental illness and their carers. Based in Dalkeith, the project will employ a Support Worker who will work with this beneficiary group to provide the extra assistance required to enable participation in the activities of the Club.
