Supporting people with brain injury in Grampian - Project
Project overview
This project aims to provide support and information for both carers and those with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) to reduce and prevent problems of social and economic isolation faced by beneficiaries once they leave hospital. The project will also provide direct support to carers ensuring early intervention to prevent problems arising and facilitating social and awareness-raising events to help prevent the burden of caring from becoming overwhelming.
