The Living With Dementia Project is a specialist support service for people with dementia. The overall aim is to help people remain in their own homes, active and engaged with their family and community, maintaining relationships, social skills and self esteem. The project provides emotional and social support though one to one befriending, group activities and outings. The service is tailored to individual needs and can support people from the early stages through to advanced stages of the condition.
