The project will provide one-to-one support, group work projects and basic skills courses for 11 to 19 year-olds, supporting them through difficulties or the transition into adult life, raising their confidence, self-esteem and opportunities available to them. The two-year grant will fully fund the salaries and recruitment costs of two full-time project workers, line management and organisational overhead costs, and travel costs for staff and volunteers.
