The aim of the project is to provide clients, including lone parents and ex-offenders, with the tools that will enable them to progress into employment with confidence. The project focuses on empowering those facing multiple deprivation and social exclusion, providing them with pathways to new opportunities through tailored advice and guidance, soft skills such as self-help, communication skills, motivational training and one-to-one mentoring.
