This three year grant will fund two key posts of the Hear Our Voice project, which is a successful and established service in Cornwall, where young people aged 11 to 25 years, who are experiencing stress and the on-set of mental health difficulties can work through their problems, and find positive ways of coping, and receive the appropriate services from other agencies.
