The New Horizons project which is run by Art Shape aims to engage older people from Gloucestershire in a broad range of arts activities. The programme's objective is to reduce isolation, improve social well-being and physical and mental health, and to encourage personal independence. The two year grant will pay towards the costs of salaries, fees for freelance workers, travel, training and office equipment.
