The project provides a range of support to people with dementia, their carers and family. This includes one-to-one sessions, group meeting, activities and information. Carers will hopefully feel be less isolated, have improved well-being and increased access to relevant information/advice. The outcome for people with dementia will be that they are better able to cope with their condition. The grant will contribute towards staff, running expenses, information, training and travel.
