Project overview
This project will provide support to women who have survived sexual abuse. By taking part in a twelve week course of group work sessions based around key therapeutic activities participants will be more able to address issues related to their experience. Additional activities will be undertaken in a range of complementary therapies and relaxation courses to reduce stress.
