Project overview
This project will develop circles of support around disabled children and their families in Glasgow. Circles of support are informal support networks, developed with a facilitator, which allow for healthy and secure relationships to be built up. They help children and their families plan for the future, as well as providing practical support in ways that may not be available through other services.
