To recruit volunteers to provide advice, information & home visits to elder - Project
Project overview
The project will provide a telephone advice and home visits service by recruiting more volunteers. This will enable older people and their carers to increase their income through benefits, giving them the opportunity to remain at home for longer. The project goes beyond helping its beneficiaries to access financial help, following this up by addressing other support needs. It has been designed by Banbury CAB in response to the needs of older people living in and around Banbury.
