This project will develop the capacity of the Black and Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) voluntary sector in the Birmingham area. Birmingham Race Action Partnership (B:RAP) intends to analyse opportunities for funding and influence, and provide tailored support which will enable organisations to develop leadership capacity, and evaluation skills. The project will also provide direct administration support to the voluntary groups through running workshops and training sessions in their own premises.
