The grant will deliver services including complementary therapies, volunteering and mentoring and fitness instruction. Activities will be culturally sensitive. The scheme addresses high rates of heart disease and cancer and levels of diabetes and asthma. There will be smoking cessation, counselling services, crime and safety schemes, anger management and drop-in sessions by health professionals.
