This project aims to build the capacity of children and young people's organisations. The service will provide craft materials, play equipment, training, play advice and information to a wider range of the community especially in rural and disadvantaged areas. The Scrap Reach project is needed to help sustain and support the growing number of voluntary groups and individuals working in the children's sector.
