South Lincolnshire Volunteering Development Project - Project
Project overview
The project will develop the capacity of VCOs in the three districts of South Lincolnshire. First it will provide a skilled small groups development team who will offer organisational health check toolkits, work with existing and new networks of VCOs to identify duplication or gaps in services, and link to existing processes. Secondly it will develop and deliver a high quality volunteering infrastructure. Finally, the project will provide support and training to people responsible for governance of VCOs.
