This project will establish a countywide Employer Supported Volunteering programme. It will address the demand from the community and voluntary groups through engaging with local employers to encourage greater employee and team building participation in the community. The project will run over a five-year period, during which time an effective employer supported volunteering infrastructure will be put in place to enable ongoing delivery.
