Mindspace is a two-year pilot project that will provide visual arts activities for 250 people with mental health issues. It will encourage the development of creative skills to support individuals through the recovery process. It will also help develop sustainable arts activities in this rural area. The project will include a wide variety of media, from drawing and painting to digital photography and video. The grant contributes towards salary costs of project artists, running costs and evaluation.
