This project will enable Volunteer Centre Milton Keynes (VCMK) to enhance and expand current services, and meet demands of the growing voluntary and community sector in the town. Key activities include training for volunteer managers and trustees, the development of a best practice guide for local volunteer involving organisations, support for organisations in the recruitment, retention and management of volunteers, member forums, volunteer recruitment drives and weekly drop-in sessions at outreach bases.
