Support for Clubs and Groups for Older People - Project
Project overview
This project will provide support to clubs and groups for older people in Essex. Age Concern Essex (ACE) will recruit, train, support and develop a fieldworker to work with clubs and groups for older people. The fieldworker will work with local statutory bodies to identify areas where clubs would be of benefit to the older population, and subject to demand, help in the setting them up. ACE will also recruit, train, support and develop volunteers to act as Trustees, Committee members and volunteer helpers.
