Supportive Structures for Primary Education - Rural Northern Cape, South Af - Project
Project overview
The project in South Africa will address 2 major barriers to education: language and health. Children experience learning difficulties as they aren't taught in their mother tongue and their illiterate parents cannot provide academic support. Poor health also affects attendance and ability to learn at an early stage, as they're unable to attend schools. The project aims to provide language training for children in their early years of schooling so that they can reap the maximum reward from their education.
