The project is to extend and refurbish a small community centre in the village of Penderyn in order to meet increased community demand. The grant, over one year, will pay for refurbishment of existing building, improved toilet and kitchen facilities, improved car parking and site access, landscaping, external lighting, structural alterations and professional fees.
