The project will establish a base in North Wales where people who are HIV positvie and their families/carers can access a wide range of services e.g. advice on health promotion, health improvement, welfare benefits, housing, debt management, access to social services and social workers and hardship funds, a peer support network and access to counsellors and complementary therapists.
