Project overview
Plymouth 'One Stop Advice' (OSA) is a new project that aims to encourage partnership working and a centralised point of access for advice services in Plymouth. Plymouth CAB will form an Advisory Group to help clients and organisations work together to remove barriers to access, joining up caseworkers and providing a focal point for social policy work. It will also act as a referral network to ensure that clients, and advisers, know which organisation is best positioned to offer the right service.
