Project overview
The project will focus on delivering advice in the areas of welfare rights, housing support and community care for people living with HIV in North East London. It will increase the number of existing and new outreach sessions within HIV clinics and primary care settings providing one stop shops and promoting integrated health and social care services. Also the project will introduce out of hours advice sessions for those who cannot access advice services during working hours and through an advice line.
