The project will focus on three key areas of work: Community Enterprise - helping to ensure the sustainable revitalisation of communities by strengthening the capacity of locally managed gardens and farms. Community inclusion - supporting the development of community gardens and farms in Wales as "inclusive hubs of local communities". Turning Grey into Green - supporting the development of enhanced local environments and communities through community gardening and farming.
