Mentro Allan - Newport will target the Black Minority Ethnic population of Newport, by working with Minority Ethnic community groups and particular geographic community groups (for example in the Pillgwenlly [25% Minority Ethnic population] and Victoria [20% Minority Ethnic Population] areas) to provide targetted interventions to raise the physical participation levels of BME residents within the local authority area of Newport.
