Upper Springfield Development Trust will deliver a two-year post-natal fitness programme targeted at young mothers (16-25 year olds). The programme will operate with two 1-hour aerobic/fitness sessions per week at 10 different centres throughout West Belfast. Creche facilities will be available. The project aims to encourage young mothers back into an active lifestyle and will benefit 136 young mothers per week over 80 weeks.
