The Rye Hills School project will provide Out of School Hours sporting opportunities for young people in their area. The activities, such as a 'wake and shake' breakfast club, are designed to improve school attendance, build self-esteem, confidence and physical skills through a varied programme of fitness, exercise and alternative sporting activities. One activity, a physical literacy club, is specially geared towards improving the balance and co-ordination skills of dyspraxic pupils.
