Orkney Islands Council will establish a sand-soil natural grass pitch at Papdale Primary School in Kirkwall. This pitch will be built to an award winning design and will facilitate outdoor sports such as football, hockey and rugby to be played throughout the year. The pitch will be available to 509 pupils of Papdale Primary School and 500 members of the community.
