Medrwn Mon will deliver a portfolio of 10 projects over 4 years to encourage older people, young people, people with disabilities, homeless people, disadvantaged and under-represented groups and communities to develop skills and confidence to enable them to engage with service providers and participate in the planning and delivery of services in Ynys Mon. The development grant of £25,000 over 8 months will pay for the salary of a Portfolio Development Officer, to develop the stage two application.
