This charity works to improve the quality of life for disabled people and their families and carers through befriending, sport, children's holiday activities, a youth hub, intergenerational activities and health and wellbeing programmes. It also represents the disabled community by providing a strong voice on local and national networks, forums and steering groups. Through long term, in depth support the project will combat loneliness and depression and foster a sense of belonging and community involvement.
