Project overview

Wastesavers will expand its education programme in Newport which offers practical education to 14-18 year olds who are excluded from school. Over three years the project will enlarge its service area to cover all of Newport and Torfaen, expand its activities, and offer its services to new schools and organisations. The grant will be used for equipment and resources, and also pay for the salary of a Project Co-ordinator, who will increase the project's reach and develop new activities and work programmes.
