Project overview

The project will support the prevention of homelessness by addressing anti-social behaviour and social exclusion in Caerphilly and Rhondda Cynon Taff local authority areas. This will be achieved by providing support and guidance to identified households displaying anti-social behaviour and those households already excluded. Activities planned include training seminars, service user group meetings, newsletters, diversionary activities and floating support to households at risk of homelessness or exclusion.
