Project overview

This project aims to improve the mental health, aspirations and prospects of disadvantaged and at-risk children and their parents in Cardiff. It will deliver activities in one secondary and eight primary schools benefiting 9,000 children, parents, school staff and community residents over three years. Activities include counselling, lunch hour drop-in sessions, group work and class projects, as well as consultative support sessions for parents and a training course for people from the local community.
