Disabled Children: Revitalised Families - Project

Project overview

The project will strengthen and revitalise the community of families caring for disabled children across Wales by increasing access to information and offering advice and support. In particular the project will reduce financial exclusion experienced by many families by increasing their awareness, skills and capacity to maximise their income and tackle debt and budgeting. In addition it will enable parents of disabled children to feel less isolated by linking them to support networks, workshops and events.
