Project overview

The project is for a Capital development grant to build a new Drug and Alcohol Intervention and Recovery Centre in Llanelli. The organisation is planning to demolish an existing warehouse, which they own, and replace it with a purpose built facility that will allow the organisation to deliver more support services to substance misusers and their families. Activities will include obtaining planning permission, completing surveys, report and site investigations, Architects fees and contingency costs.
