The 'Empowerment through Counsel' project will benefit 400 individuals by providing professional counselling and supervision support to the group's volunteer counsellors who will deliver a free local one-to-one counselling service for disadvantaged members of the local community, many of whom have issues with bereavement, trauma, abuse and who suffer from low confidence and self-esteem.
