This is a project from the village of Blackhall Mill, Gateshead. The group will use the funding to establish a local car club from their community centre, using an electric vehicle. There will also be a public charging point enabling other electrical vehicle users to visit the village. This enterprise will generate an income through hire of the electric car and membership fees for joining the club.
