Gwent Association of Voluntary Organisations will employ a full time development officer to develop and manage a portfolio of nine projects over 4 years that aim to give service users the voice to influence the design and delivery of services in both Blaenau Gwent and Caerphilly. The grant will contribute towards individual project costs for nine projects and management costs which will pay for a development officer to manage the portfolio as well as cover recruitment costs and other related costs.
