The grant will be used to refurbish an empty building on site & turn it into a rural crafts centre where they will run workshops teaching people about market gardening. An acre of land at the site will be turned into an allotment area where people can practice growing their produce. The workshops will teach people how to grow produce, manage their projects & sell what they grow to local shops or markets. People will pay for the training and the money made will go back into running the centre.
