St. Treas Ballymaguigan - working towards a more energy efficient club - Project

Project overview

As well as providing football training facilities, the GAA hall is used for Irish dancing, concerts, bingo, and meetings of the local women's group. The hall also has a gym. The grant will allow the club to insulate the walls and loft and put in new windows and doors, new energy efficient lighting, heat recovery units, ventilation controls to toilets and a new oil condensing boiler, making the clubhouse more energy efficient and comfortable for those who use it.
