Project overview

The Alzheimer's Association will support 2,495 people with dementia and 808 carers by providing a programme of adult community learning activities which will help to improve their social networking and reduce isolation. Dementia forums will work in partnership with relevant local stakeholders towards the development of dementia supportive communities. The three year funding will cover the costs of 3 full time and 9 part time project staff, course materials and general project running costs.
