Project overview
This project will involve advice agencies working together to transform advice delivery in Torbay by developing new approaches. New 'community gateways' will improve advice accessibility for hard to reach groups; an online advice portal will provide self-help information and advice, such as money matters and health improvement, and a single telephone advice-line number using a diagnostic triage gateway system will, combined with the online web portal, guide customers to the level of advice they need.
