The partnership aims to improve links to current providers and negotiate commitments with local employers to include Talent Match young people on their programmes. It will deliver activities such as a range of coaching and mentoring schemes to help young people, through networking and links to local business and engaging young people as Talent Match Inspectors to asssess existing systems of service providers with a view to making it easier to employ young people.
