Project overview

The project is to set up a large scale bicycle recycling scheme in Cardiff. The scheme will recycle unwanted bicycles and help people from deprived communities overcome barriers to cycling by enabling bicycles to be purchased for between £10 and £40 or in exchande for working as a volunteer.
